I have an RW Snyder built 7 WSM with a 26 in 1-9 twist Bartlein with less than 300 rds. It has an APA BIG BASTARD on it I believe (He ran out of his own). I had this built years ago by him.

Trued and bedded REM 700 by Snyder.

Can’t just get rid of brass and dies because if it doesn’t sell I’ll keep it all. This looks really good with a 7-35x Nightforce Atacr on it. Left side of scope (digillum) button matches the bronze cerakote

I want this rifle so bad, but it seems I would need 8 twist to shoot the heavy 180gr ELDM. Do you know for sure that this is a 9 twist, or have you tried the 180 ELDM?

Honestly it’s been years since he built this for me. I’m out of town till this weekend. I’ll verify and go back and check twist and look at my loads/groups.

The 9 twist stabilizes a 180 Berger Hybrid in this rifle and in my 284 Win very well

RaggedHole, I now know for sure it is a 9 twist or under using the very scientific method of nylon brush pushed through bore.

I can guarantee it stabilizes 180 grn bullets as that’s what I shot out of it at 1000 yards.

I went back in my shot marker looking for the last 10 rd string shot at 1000 yds but couldn’t find it. If memory serves it was 9 - 10 inches and that was just one load off of a bipod that I never played with after.
