These rings came on a scope that I just purchased from a LGS. I believe them to be Ruger medium rings. You’ll have to use your best judgement by looking at the pictures. One screw head is damaged. It can still be used, but if you get it really tight it may damage it further and potentially cause problems. A replacement screw would be wise. I assume Ruger would send you one free of charge, or perhaps even a set of eight, but I can’t promise that. There is a picture of it. There is also a mark above each screw where the bit scratched the ring lightly. There are pictures of that too. The marks are more visible than on the pictures, but not terrible.
