My #1.22-250 will be needing a new barrel soon and will be contacting you when that happens. So what do people do about the quarter rib?We just finished putting a 6.5x55 Swede together.
Just finished the extractor cuts.
Just have a local Smith drill an tap for the quarter rib.My #1.22-250 will be needing a new barrel soon and will be contacting you when that happens. So what do people do about the quarter rib?
Thanks. Now if I can find a local Smith I can trust... I guess maybe just a good machinist would work. Last local gunsmith I used cracked the rear bridge on a 1903 Springfield while tapping for scope. Not one of the brittle recievers either.Just have a local Smith drill an tap for the quarter rib.
