Best rimfire sight out there is Rimfire Central. You should be able to find everything you need with the sponsors on that site. As far as schematics go Numrich Gun parts should have what you are looking for. You may even be able to find one of the GunTek cleaning mats with a 10/22 schematic and parts list on it.
A 10/22 was the first rifle I ever had (and bought with my own money)......what an amazing platform.
And I sit here 45 years later with a safe full of high tech guns, and I still shoot it first (now it's a XRing action though). Both of my kids learned to shoot with this rifle too - just a great gun.
And I am amazed to this day how well you can get these to shoot. I added a Benchmark 3 groove, and it will shoot with anything I have.
