Ruger #1 Rebarrel?

So, how hard is it to rebarrel a #1? Picked up a 416 rem mag that I have no need for and thinking of turning it into a 327 FM with a "C: weight barrel.
Also, if I decide to send it out instead, who would you recommend to rebarrel the thing?.
