Ruger #1 extractor cut help

Any body know a quick and easy layout for cutting the extractor clearance in the back of a new barrel for a Ruger # 1?

I built a threaded piece that threads over the old take off barrel. It then has a cap that fits over this and locks in place with a set screw. The cap is milled to match the extractor cut. To use it, take the threaded piece and screw it onto the take off barrel to where it butts up tight against the shoulder. Loosen off the set screw and rotate the top cap until it lines up with the extractor cut in the take off barrel. When it lines up with the extractor slot in the take off barrel that came off that particular action, lock down the set screw. Unscrew the theaded piece from the take off barrel leaving the cap locked in place. Screw the threaded piece onto the new barrel and use a scribe to mark where the extractor needs to be located. Mill the slot to the scribe lines and the depth of cut to match the take off barrel. Tighten the new barrel onto the action with enough pressure to get the extractor slot turned to the correct location. It will be as tight as the original barrel was. Other people may have a better way, but this method has worked for me. The way I prefer to barrel Ruger's is to decline to do them.
