Ruger # 1 barrel work

Can anyone recommend a good gun smith who does barrel work on Ruger # 1s best to PM and thanks for looking.

A fellow I used to see at matches had one in 22/250 AI. I saw him shot some amazing 500 yd groups with it. Only thing I remember, he sent it to someone in either N or S Carolina to rebarrel and bed. Had a nice crisp trigger that was pretty light.
