RPA quadlite action

Looking for first hand experience with this action.
What are the good and bad points?
Anybody used this in combination with the AICS system?
Pictures?
Thanks David

Great action only possible weak point is you may have to modify a Remington trigger to work properly. they will fit in the AiCS with some work. Is this a repeater?

Dave,

I have a Quadlite and have installed several triggers and they were all a drop in fit. Have used a Jewell as well as a Davies.

The action has a Remington footprint so it fits where a Rem SA would.

I use mine for NRA MR and LR shooting as a switch bbl rifle. Left the between the bbl recoil lug off and modified the action for a recoil block under the mid section. Works great.

If there is a draw back it is the slightly heavier bolt lift due to the four locking lug design. I machined a longer bolt knob that decreased the effort. Works with low effort now.

Very stiff accurate design.

What is the Aics system?

ACCURACY INTERNATIONAL CHASSIS SYSTEM. He's building a "tactical rifle"

I have two Quadlites that I installed Anshutz triggers using the briley adapter. While most will accept any remington style trigger some will not.
