Hi all. Only had a chance to run 60 rounds through my new F-Class rifle and with minimal load development need to rush it into competition- friendly club level but competition none the less- this coming weekend.
Just wondering if someone would be able to give me a pretty close estimate of come ups needed for 500m and 600m from a roughly 180m zero,200yd). I don't have a chrony but with very limited load development will try a super mild,in my rifle) load of 46.5gr H4350 with Lapua brass, CCI primers and 142gr MK jammed .015" in a 30" tube- I estimate this at 2800-2850fps from the load info posted on the manufacturers website. Cartridge over-all length is 3.160" measured base to bullet tip jammed .015". Showed very little elevation at 200yd and with my limited load development will have to do for this weekend. Don't have the luxury of walking the rounds on to the target with a spotter watching although with 3 sighters any where on the paper will do,Aussie 500m F-Class target would roughly be 4'x4')
Thanks in advance,
Michael
