Rossi M2022 barrel question

i own a Rossi M2022 single shot with hardwood stock that came with a .22 lr and a 20 gauge barrel. it was made in 2005 my question is are there any other barrels that will fit this frame? i see other Rossi frames similar in dimension to this one with multiple barrels. especially interested in .44 and .357 barrel.

Never seen ot heard of a Rossi M2022. Would not Rossi be the people to ask?

i called the lady i talked to said she would not recommend changing barrels other then the 2 if came with but i know that frame and receiver are the same dimensions as another model they have in .44 was hoping someone here had experience with it.

I don't know about Rossi but on an, I believe H&R, was told that the headspace is done when they weld on the pivot lug. I would think the Rossi would be along those same lines.

Also , some receivers are cast iron and some are steel .

H&Rs would not headspace as a rule. You might pick one up and find one that accidently was right, but not as a rule.
