Who makes a roller bearing top for pappas rest?

I THINK I know what you are looking for.

I would try any custom top maker, tell them what you have, and if expert machinists, will be able to fashion the connection for you. I have a Greenlaw top that needed some custom work and Dan was more than happy to do it. He also made modifications on pal's rest that he made per customer instructions.

Cliff Arnold's 1-piece rest is very close in form factor to the Pappas and he make a roller bearing top for his. You might drop him an email at: colt60@ymail.com and see if his fits a Pappas.
