Has anyone here used these bullets? They sent me a coupon code for 10% off any 224 bullet in stock. I ordered up a thousand just to try them. I have 5 different 223/556 guns. From bolt action to semi's. So hopefully something will like them

Just an FYI, not sure of your twist rates. I couldn't get them to stabilize in a 1/9 twist Howa 1500 .223.

I've gone through several thousand of them.
I've shot them only with a sling in a 24" AR 'spacegun'. I would estimate the median group size between 1/2 and 3/4 MOA.

Ordere 500 to compare with my 69SMK. I use 24.5 At 100 yards no difference. Not much difference at 300 yards. Savage 1/9 twist on 26” BVSS. Timney 4 ounces. 1/2 to 3/4 MOA if I do my part.

Sierra says the twist needs to be 1x10 or faster. I shot SMK 69's for several years in a 1x9 with no issues.

Note: Designed for use in barrels with a twist rate of 1 in 7" to 1 in 10". Will not stabilize adequately in barrels with a slower twist rate.

Possibly, w your button rifled Howa, the tw rate is on the shady side of 9.5. That happens w the button rifling process. fwiw

Started working up loads for them for use in my 20" AR. Narrowed things down a little recently and still have some fine tuning to do with each powder, but my results are promising thus far.
I have noticed some inconsistency in the bullet tips. Occasionally I find a rough edge at the opening in the tip.
A good value overall, IMO.

Guitar an is correct. The tips are slightly less consistent than the SMK.
