Rings for BAT

Hi guys

I need a ring for my rifle, who is one BAT actioned rifle with integral picatinny rail and Krieger HV contour.
What the height for minimun clearance with NF 12-42X56 scope? And what will be a good quality ring, in steel?
(NF, Badger, TPS, etc...) I dont have the chance to see one before buying, as I am outside USA customer, so , any help is welcome.
