Ring height help

I have just bought a sightron 10x50x60 30mm scope . I am needing advice on ring height wanting to use 0moa piccatinny base and kelby rings for rem 40x SA does anyone have this same set up ? Any and all advice please have Leopold 1" dovetail on it now thanks

Might want to take a look at this from American Rifle Company. You need to scroll down a bit to see the section on how to determine which height rings to get. They do so in terms of their rings....e.g. low, med, etc...but they also show height to center of their rings so it should be easy to translate that to another manufacturer's rings. E.g. their mediums are 1.10 inches to center.

Different makes of pic. base are different heights. So which one you use will need to be factored in, also.

Baron23‘s post above about stacking pennies is spot on. The reason I’m replying is that lot of rings measure from bottom of scope tube to top of rail, exactly the thickness of pennies that you go with. Seekins rings go by this measurement.
