ring height for Nightforce BR

Tried to find it with out posting but, what height rings for a NF BR on a 20 MOA weaver base on a Remington 700 with a straight taper barrel. Id measure it but the rifle is not back from the smith yet. thanks for the help!

The High rings will definitely give you enough clearance if this 700 is a long action.

It is a short action, should still be enough clearence?

I would think so. Buy the high ones and mount them up. If they don't give the scope enough clearance, then the extra high should.

I have a Savage 12 F with a 20 MOA rail and a NF BR scope. I started with the NF high rings, which were too high. Went to the NF mediums and have about .33 inch clearance of the bell from the barrel.

I just mounted a NF on a 112 Savage with 20moa picatinny rail. I used the high burris signature rings and there is adequate clearance. If I did it again, I'd go with the x-high for more comfort
