I’ve been cleaning up around my shop and office getting rid of some extra stuff.
I have in my safe a Shilen Ratchet twist 22lr barrel I chambered for myself last year. Barrel shot fantastic but it was a bit to light in weight for my chassis set up. The barrel is a 16tw 22” long 1.250 for 3” and tapers to .940 at the muzzle. JGS match chamber with 1.5* lead. Barrel has my proprietary matte finish that I do here in the shop. Looks good.
My notes with the barrel when I took it off are telling me I had good luck with lapua Midas and center x. I really don’t think this barrel has a brick of ammo through it.
Anyway good Rimx barrel chambered by me at Lee Gardner Precision. 350$ plus the shipping.
