Rimfire stock design

What are the characteristics of the best stocks for 50 yard benchrest rimfire shooting?

I'm making up a design that utilizes a 3" wide, flat forend, parallel fore-end and butt, thick fore-end side walls, a thick wrist with little slope to the comb, and a general "low-riding" design. I'm attempting to create a stock that is extremely stiff from tip of fore-end to the butt and tracks well, isn't that everyone's goal? ;)) I've got an image made up with Microsoft Paint but I don't know if anyone wants to bother with it.

This will be used specifically for IR 50/50 in the 13.5 lb. class so we can have fun with weight. Stock material will be laminated walnut,3/4" thick peices).

Any suggestions? Which stocks should I look at to take cues from?

I'd like to see a semi-bullpup design with the distance from the butt to the rear of action being around 6" instead of the normal 12"-13". It would require less weight in the butt to balance it and stability should also be good. I think it would be ideal for a one piece rest user. A two piece rest user might be stretched out trying to reach the rest controls.

Well how's this?

Stock on top is a more conventional BR design. Stock on bottom would have wide fore-end extend all the way back to the wrist, except for the bottom, which would be scalloped back like the Kimber SVT design, except bigger.
