Rimfire Benchrest Customs. Hall vs Turbo

Need opinions fellas. Interested in beginning shooting ARA. Heard that Turbo is KING.... but ARA Nationals were won last year with a Hall built by Accushot.
 
They are both great actions, I was at the IR 50/50 3 gun Virginia state championship this weekend and they were by far more turbos than anything else with the falcon running close behind and a few 40X
clones by Jerry Stiller.
