Is anyone out there using one of these for highpower training ? If so, what do you think about them? Any news about them and how they do?

I know a few prone highpower shooters that have Scatt Machines and they all report that it deff helped, esp in the trigger control department. Refine you trigger pull and you will see a lot of that verticle dispersion disappear!

I have a Rika that I use in the winter months for HP practice. It works as advertised and I definitely see improvements when i use it for any length of time. I have an old laptop that is just for the Rika, so it only takes about 5 minutes to set up from the last session if it is left connected. Just a quick fine-tunning of the calibration(usually 5 shots or less) and its ready to go.

I have also used a SCATT and there is really no practical difference between the 2. If I were looking for one I'd buy whichever I could find a better deal on. I bought mine used, and broke it earlier this spring. It was sort of a process getting it fixed(had to go back to the factory in Austria), but the Rika folks were very friendly and got it straightened out.
