Rifle actions Which one?

I insisted on light spring for my Kauger BRIII build by Alex, I wanted to be able to shoot faster in windy conditions and I thought lighter spring would help with the bolt lift, well it did a tiny little bit BUT I did get flyers at 600 yards
Swapped 16lb to 21lb spring and flyers went away, unless the Indian messed up
Listen to your gunsmith!!!!!
