Richard's Microfit Gunstocks ?

The lead times are a joke. The inletting is far from 90% more like 60% and looks as if it done with a Dremel. The stock shape appears to be duplicated with a Chainsaw. If you can get the roughed out blank from them as a flattop with no inletting they are fine. But I will not order another.

I've gotten 2 stocks from Richards, I thought they were reasonable values. The quality was pretty good, the inletting on both were almost drop in, requiring only a little sanding in a few tight places. The exterior finish was a little rougher than I had hoped for, but not really bad, requiring only a few hours of sanding to get them ready to finish. And both finished out to be fine stocks. The lead time for mine was quoted at 12 weeks, and they arrived in exactly 12 weeks and 1 day. They have returned to keeping their "in stock" page updated, so if you're in a hurry and don't have your heart set on something really particular then look there, you might find something that you'll like, or call and they can tell you what's available, but it's tough to get through on the phone to them, and forget about emailing them. If you like doing your own finish work then they are not bad, but a lot depends on your ability.

I agree with preacher. My microfit stock is going to Joel to be properly inletted.. As for the lead times. Mine showed up at week 19. I was quoted 8 weeks.

Look at Carl Bernosky's stocks. He makes many stocks for high level shooters. I had him make a custom stock for some specific requirements that I had.
