reticle question for my new scope for 6BR

Hello all, my first post here. I just purchased a 6mm BR that I intend to use for prairie dogs, coyotes and putting holes in paper. I don't compete, I am just a reloader, collector, shooter and fanatic of all unique calibers. I have narrowed down my scope selection to a Zeiss conquest 6.5X20X50mm w/ target turrets and I am trying to select the proper reticle. I have a safe full of Leupold's with varmint reticles and they have always served me well but I have decided to try out a Zeiss as I have heard great things.

Anyway I am down to either the Varmint reticle or the rapid Z 1000 reticle and I wanted to solicit opinions. How well will the rapid z 1000 reticle work for the 6br as it relates to using the bdc markings?
