reticle change

Does anyone know of a company that will change out a mil dot reticle for a target dot? I am wanting to put a 1/4" dot in a 20x SS scope.
I know that you can buy a target dot but why spend upwards of $999 for a luepold when I have a good clear scope that just needs a different reticle.
So are there any?

Not positive but the way i understood OP it is a scope by swafa. (SS)

Take Mr. Seibert off the list he passed on about 5 months ago.
As for the others none of them want to know anything about doing this if it isn't a top of the line big name scope.

I've had a couple done by TK Lee. Excellent work, and they offer a variety of dot sizes. But you don't mention what scope you have, and they can't do all brands. They have a list of those they don't do, and instructions on their web site to help you determine whether yours is "doable."
