Reticle change for Zeiss Conquest 6.5X20

Was wondering if anyone on here knows of a place to get the reticle changed out on a Zeiss Conquest scope.
it currently has the Z 1000 calibrated for 308 at around 2700fps.
would like to go to a cross wire with a dot.

or should I just sell/trade it and get something else?
