Resources for instructing

Hi everyone

Over the last 6-8mths I have been spending most of my shooting time managing my club’s new shooter program. It’s great fun meeting people introducing them to something I absolutely love.

I’m curious to hear how everyone, particularly those with much more experience than I in the area of instruction/coaching, instruct and coach people into F-class or Palma style shooting as complete newbies and hopefully take them on the journey to be competent, competitive and great members of their club. Also if there are any good materials out there to assist with the instruction side of things
