Replicating Remington 'Power Level' load

For Shi..and Grins I thought I'd try and replicate Remington's Power level 1 load for my 300RUM. 30-06 performance.

I figured on dropping powder grains until I get similar 30-06 bullet velocity.

I'm betting there will be a lot of empty space in the case.

Should I be worried about that?
Should I try and use a filler?
Should I look for a powder that takes up more space?

What's the general consensus?

Use powders that come from the faster end of what's available


150 GR. SIE SPBT IMR 4350 oal3.530" 81.5 3147 53,200 PSI

180 GR. SPR SPBT IMR 4350 oal3.530" 76.0 2869 51,800 PSI

That should do it - you can go a bit lower.
