Replacement bolt question

I'm trying to decide which bolt diameter to order for a Remington 700 action reamed to to .710? I was thinking .708.. Are the PTG bolts are stainless or would I need to jewel/paint it?

You should be OK with .002 clearance if you plan on keeping it really clean while shooting it..
The bolts are stainless last I knew...
Ask Dave Kiff at PT&G to be sure, he'll do you right...
