How do you separate the follower and spring from bottom metal for bedding purposes? I can see where it slides into groove on bottom metal. I just don't want to bend or break the spring. I've watched bedding you tubes and it appeared the spring assembly was not on the bottom metal. They just showed the bottom metal plate being installed while the bedding sets up. Iv'e searched YouTube but can't seem to find directions on disassembly of those particular pasts. Thanks!
