A couple of projects I'll never get to.
SPF Remington 700 Short Action Stainless Steel Single Shot receiver w/ 4 oz Hart Trigger
$450
- NEVER FIRED, only mounted in a stock but never actually used
- was shipped with 308 bolt but, as a Single Shot, you could very likely use any bolt face
- does not include bolt, I sold the original bolt w/ thoughts of going with a custom bolt but never got around to it
- as far as I remember these have been discontinued and are no longer available
- Hart trigger has an adjustable shoe. I'm pretty sure these were set at 4 oz. Trigger was on my first BR rifle. Worked well previously but hasn't been used in probably pushing 10 years. Trigger might need a wash out with lighter fluid.
- Does not have a bolt stop. I used a screw in the left rail as a stop.
- Includes scope rail

- extended magazine adds 2 extra rounds of capacity
- was going to use this as a 22-243 but, like above, I'll never finish the project
- trigger is Remington Factory but the end of the shoe has been ground down some, consider it a throw-in
