Remington 700 SA recevier dimensions

Does anybody know where I could find dimensions for a Remington 700 SA reciever.

What dimensions do you want to know all the dimensions have varied slightly over the years? Wich ones are you after?

The current Remington 700 SA BDL reciever dimensions.

Here are the action diameter and length what actual dimentions do you need hole spacing? scope mounting? trigger placment? internal dimentions? we need to know what dimensions and what you need them for?
Action diameter 1.348"
Action Length 7.890" This one is trued so it may be 7.9"
Trigger starts 1.030" from the rear of the tang
Trigger is 1.725" long including factory safety
Rear takedoen screw .465 to the centre of the screw from the rear of the tang
Action screws 6.475 from centre to centre
recoil lug .188 thick
Bolt diameter .6945

Is this all

Please specify what others you need all dimensions measured on a VLS blued action 3 years old with a Mitutouo coolent proof 8" digital vernier

You could try the Remington site. Bill has given you most of the important ones and, as he said, they could vary a little from action to action. How close do you need?? Borrow an action and measure them yourself would be my best advice.

Go to" Home Gunsmithing" under "Your Projects" on second page look for "Building a Remington Action From 4130/416 Rod" they have all the dwgs . I think this is what you are looking for.
