Looking at receiver face the receiver face may have been trued but I cannot guarantee such.

I do not feel they have been modified. I can screw a factory barrel into the action without any issue of sloppiness etc

If you are referring to a slot cut into the right bolt lug yes it has that. I believe it is an anti bind cut
