Remington 700 7mmSTW help needed

I have a Remington 700 stainless with black synthetic stock and jeweled bolt 7mm STW

I am selling for my mom since my dad has dementia. My dad bought the gun off of his friend who had cancer and his friend had previously had the gun rechambered from a 7mm rem mag to 7mm STW by a professional gunsmith. He also had the gunsmith add a muzzle break to the end of the barrel.

The gun is very nice except the synthetic stock has some marks/dings and isn't in the best of shape.

I know the action and the gun is a very nice gun but wasn't sure what to ask for the rifle. Would prefer to sell locally if i could.

It also comes with Leupold dual dovetail rings

Any honest help would be greatly appreciated!

THANK YOU!!!!

I had several 7 STWs and they were barrel burners for sure. I really loved mine though and they all shot very well. The lack of good brass was why I eventually moved to a different caliber.

The condition of the bore would be important to me if I were in the market. Does the throat look good or is it fire-cracked.

Here are some pictures

Not knowing the round count, there has been some custom work done on the rifle pictured. The stock does not appear to be a factory Remington stock. If it is the factory plastic stock, it has been painted. The jeweling on the bolt is not factory jeweling, it may have been done over the factory jeweling, but the pattern is not factory. And of coarse the brake is not factory. I would ask more for it if the barrel is in good shape. Pull the stock of and see if it has been pillar bedded. My guess it has. If you do take it apart, post a pic of the stock without the action in it. Hope this helps.
