Remington 700 204 Ruger barrel question

I have a barrel that is stamped in very small lettering 'Remington Arms Company Inc Ilion New York 204 Ruger' and on the bottom of the barrel it is stamped, also in very small lettering 'Warning - Target Rifle - For Target Shooting Conditions Only' . It is 26" long and I believe it is a varmint contour. My question - does anyone have any information about this barrel? I got this barrel as a take off and was told it had very few rounds through it.

I have REMINGTON XR-100 chambered in 204 RUGER and it has the SAME stampings on the barrel as you say. It was made for only a few years in around 2005. This rifle has a gray thumb hole stock and a black barrel. Send me a PM if you want to know more.

The barrel is blued. I tried to measure the twist but my .17 cleaning rod would not cooperate.

Thanks for the reply. Sadly I only have the barrel. Today I installed it on a 700 sa.
