So I have a small addiction, target rifles! To help feed my addiction I grabbed a Remington 540XR . The rifles parkerised metal finish and M540 model number suggest military use. Stock is full of "battle scares" gives her personality. Redfield optic, I have a set of Redfield Olympic sights to toss on. Need to order a match rifle sling.....oh yeah the trigger is butter smooth!
Up until now I have only owned / shot Anschutz small bore rifles......this old Remington might just give the tried & true rifles a run for there money.
Might have to take up 3P smallbore or atleast shoot the prone matches this summer.
