Remington 40-x action used for Schedule B VSM M40

Can a USMC M40 clone based on a Remington 40-X action be used in the Schedule B Vintage Sniper Match or is only a Remington 700 action acceptable?

Marine Corps M40 Rifles. Rifles that replicate USMC M40 sniper rifles
are permitted. M40 sniper rifles must comply with the following:
· May have any Remington Model 700 action, regardless of the year of manufacture. A
receiver marked as 40X is allowed. Clone or custom receivers are not permitted. Actions
may not have threaded bolt handles or nobs.
· Must be chambered for the 7.62 NATO/.308 cartridge.
· Maximum barrel length is 24 in. (measured from the receiver to the muzzle) with a
maximum muzzle diameter of .850 in. Any threaded barrel will need to have a cap in
place to cover the threads. The overall length and maximum muzzle diameter will still be
in place. The cap match should match the barrel profile and not have any external
irregularities (no knurling or flat spots).
· Must have a non-adjustable, solid wooden stock, no laminate allowed (target style or
sporter stock). The stock may be glass bedded. The stock may not have an add on
cheek pad or riser.
· Bottom metal needs to be present, even if the action is single shot.
· The butt plate needs to be metal or plastic.
