remaer measurement

i am talking with a guy that says he has an 8mm reamer,mauser)

he says that the "I measured the throad with calipers and am getting .3195 - .320 "

is this what i want for a .323" mauser bullet?

I wonder if he used those nice little green ones from RCBS
How you going to get a big bullet in a small hole ????
Seems tight to me....

Reamers can be tricky to measure. Could also be for the older J bore with .318? dia. bullets. Just a thought...
