Rem700 Bolt Handle ??!!??

Anyone know who sells or makes straight bolt handles for a Remmy 700? I mean the actual handle NOT the knob.

I know PT&G does but they are a little too thin for my liking. I have been searching to no avail thus far.

This is the PTG/Callahan that came with the bolt kit for my 40x. The knob was bought from Midway.

I just wish someone would keep the same girth throughout the length of the handle. Like a surgeon.
