Rem 700 Actions for sale?

It has been a few months but I saw someone that was posting Accurised Remington 700 actions for sale for like $400 or so... Anyone know anything about it, I'd like to find that person again!

I have one in transit from them that I ordered 2 weeks ago.

$615 delivered Rem 700 Stainless steel, mag length trued

Since I have not yet laid my eyes on it or got a report from the 'smith I will withhold further comment or evaluation.

Once it arrives and the gunsmith has a look see I will report back.
