Rem 700/40x Aluminum Chassis - Can you ID this one?

If it doesn't have a "Brand" name on it, a model number or any identifying mark I'd say it's from a home shop and someone does nice work......

This was also available with a buttstock for sling shooters or the blue anodized portion is removable for sling shooting, somewhat resembling a stock like Scott Medesha makes for tubeguns. They were approximately $450USD years ago from Sinclair as stated above. I want to say that they haven't been available in ten or so years, but don't exactly remember.
