Rem 660 Trigger

Timney makes one but is listed as a M600. As Butch said, both should be the same. When looking at triggers for both at Numrich, both have the same part number.

Actually the trigger housings are different as the 600 series has a shorter tang. ,The mod 7 and 700 triggers installed in a 600 will not allow a rear receiver screw.
 
can the trigger on the m 660 be adjusted for pull weight.mine has a bitch of a weight pull.would like o reduce it to say 3lbs.it fells like 10 lbs now

Yes, the trigger in mine is at about 24 oz. Adjust just like you would a 700 trigger. Sear engagement first.
 
I had to do some surgery on the 700 trigger thats in one of my 600 rifles, it was a PITA doing it but it shoots..
