Rem 40XBR action screws sequence and in/lbs

I had to remove the barreled action from a 40XBR single shot - the stock is factory composite (unsure of what it is made of) - the gun is about 15 years old - there are three action screws- front by recoil lug, rear through the rear of the trigger guard in into the tang and finally a substantially smaller action screw which goes through the the front of the trigger guard and into the action. What is the sequence and in/lbs I should tighten the screws - the front trigger guard action screw being so much smaller must not be tighten to the same in/lbs as the other two.
Thanks in advance for any insight.
