SELLING Rem 40X 6x47 Rifle

A classic benchrest cartridge. I set it up as a prairie dog rifle but never took it. The barrel is 1.4 inches straight taper, threaded for 5/8-24. The action does not say 40 X or anything else except the serial number on it. The serial number has a B suffix. It was professionally assembled and bedded by our local benchrest guru. Although the action is a single shot, the stock was a BDL and has the BDL bottom metal bedded into it. It has a screw in bolt stop on the left side of the action as shown. It works fine. The rifle has a Jewel Benchrest trigger installed. It is is not fast twist, probably 12 or 14. I suspect it is 12-14. I bought the barrel from shooters corner,don't know the round count. Dies and brass are included. It is a joy to shoot.
It weighs approx 15 lbs.
