Alliant certainly likes Reloder 7 for .223 Remington, but other sources don't provide many suggested loads. I don't hear much about it from other reloaders, as compared to Varget for example. I will be shooting 50 and 55 gr bullets in a 12" twist barrel. Is Reloder 7 deficient for some reason?
