I managed to feed something into my RCBS primer pocket swager that took up more space than the centre post could handle. Tried to get to RCBS a few times over the winter and couldn't get connections-Covid and such. Finally got thru to CS and asked to order a post since I had ruined it. I was informed it was a warranty item and they would ship it N/C. They sent me a primer catcher once when bought a clearance press and it came without catcher, sent At N/C. Cant beatthaT KIND OF SERVICE.
