Reloading Cart/bench

Thinking about making a 2nd bench to work on for reloading. If like to make it moveable and thought about using one of these carts from harbor freight. Anyone ever tried this? Thought was if the supplied wooden top wasn't stiff enough I could add another layer of wood or even a granite top to it ( have access to scrap pieces) . Any reason this wouldn't work? I have been using the tool box (all drawers)
For about 15 years. Works great.
I use it mostly for a cleaning cradel. I have to rifle cradels mounted on top.
I screwed 3/4 plywood to the back and sides.the back i mounted a few rod holders. And the side has tool holders and spray can holders.
I got a second one and use that for working on rifles.
Now my benches are for loading.

Two issues I see offhand: Bolts to mount things will extend beneath the top; have to make sure they don't interfere with the drawers. Press overhang will interfere with drawers unless you mount it on the end (you could use a press riser mount to get away from that, but that's going to put the press higher.)

The cart doesn't look all that deep, either. Can you apply force to the press handle without it being tippy?

I've used one similar to the pictured one. Once I got my powder, bullets, cases, and other loading stuff in the drawers it was fine and not, "tippy".
