I am having some dificulties in reloading 9x19mm.
I am using Vectan SP2 to load 115gr. Fiocchi FMJ, but even using charges (7,2gr.) below the minimum recomended charge (7,7 gr.) I am getting velocities in the range of 1150 f/s, being the maximum charge 8,5 gr. with 1263 f/s.
In the future I will test Vectan Ba9 to see if the "problem" is the powder.
Has anyone got experience loading 9x19mm with Vectan Powders?

Remember that Vectan Powders are the only real option in Portugal...
