Reloader Power Pro

has anyone had a chance to try the new Reloader Powerpro rifle powder in .308 yet? Looks as if it will add significant velocity to .308 if Alliants data is accurate.

I havent seen it on the shelves yet nor have I seen it available at PVI. Isnt it supposed to be the equivilent of the imported RE-17's secret recipey.

me too I haven't seen it yet on the shelf.but as you have already said it should be a good powder if/when we can get our hands on it.

when my reloading info came from Alliant I saw a load that I thought some one should try when the new 178gn Hornady [.308 ] was out to the public to buy.it shows the same FPS and grains used to push a 175gn bullet that the 178gn load some one pulled and said it was traveling.but one guy at snipershide said it was NOT the same powder used to push the 178gn Hornady.but still think if it is giveing the same results as the new Honady 178gn ammo.it should do the same.but who knows.

maybe some one here bought some of the Blemish 178gn bullets that Midway had on sale.then when the powder comes up for sale they can try it to see just what happens.It was the 2000LR Power Pro powder that gave the results in my reloading book Alliant sent me.so I guess we will just have to wait and see.
