Reloader 25 lot to lot Inconsistency

Has anyone had problems with Inconsistency of Reloader 25 from lot to lot? I purchased 10 pounds of Reloader 25 the first year it came out for use in my 243 Ackley Imp’s I ran out this spring and I purchased two one pounders from same lot used it up and purchased five one pound containers from a different lot. Below are the loads I tested. My gun shoots best with the 106gr Clinch Rivers at 3350 fps. I understand powders very from lot to lot but I have never seen this big of a difference with the Reloader line of powders. Has anyone had this problem with the Reloader 25 powders.

Load from first 10 pound lot of Reloader 25 when it first hit the market 47.5 grains Fed 210M Lupua Brass 106gr. Clinch River 106’s at 3350 fps

Load used from 2 one pounders I purchased this spring 45.5 grains Fed 210M Lupua Brass 106gr. Clinch River 106’s at 3350 fps,fast lot)

Load used from 5 one pounders I purchased this spring 47.5 grains Fed 210M Lupua Brass 106gr. Clinch River 106’s at 3240 fps,slow lot)

All loads were tested at 75 to 80 degrees out of my 243 Ackley Improved,40-degree shoulder, .271' neck), Farley action with Lilja 3 groove 29” barrel. This gun was gun of the week number 24 here at 6mmbr.com http://www.6mmbr.com/gunweek024.html

I had the same thing happen with RL-15. The last lot I bought was 100 fps slower than the previous lot. I think this is a lot more common than a lot of people think. Only those of us with chronographs can really see what's happening.
