FEES: USAMU Advanced High Power Clinic No cost, but pre-registration is required
Competitor Warmup Match $20 adults / $10 juniors (includes $9 NRA registration)
Team Match $40 per team (includes $5 NRA registration)
Saturday Package Fee (Matches 1-7) $60 adults / $40 juniors (includes $9 NRA registration)
CMP EIC Leg or Rifleman’s Match $20 adults / $10 juniors (includes $10 CMP or $9 NRA registration)

ENTRIES: Advance entries are encouraged to aid in tournament planning and logistics. Entries are limited to 150 individuals / 30 teams and will close May 31. Post entries will be accepted to range capacity, provided that such entries do not require the squadding of extra relays. Cancellations made before the closing date will be refunded in full. Competitors entering the entire tournament will be given preference.
Entry in individual matches may be made using an ORSA Match Entry form (available at http://orsahp.com) or SR-1 card, accompanied by check or money order for the full amount of match fees. NRA members must provide their membership number for classification purposes.

TEAM ENTRIES: Notice of intention to enter teams may be made on site. Teams will consist of 4 firing members from the same organization. Pick-up teams will be allowed to accommodate unaffiliated competitors. A team captain must be named, but may be a firing member of the team.
DIRECTIONS TO THE RANGE: The ORSA range is located on the Oak Ridge Turnpike (State Route 95) 3.5 miles west of the intersection of Illinois Ave. (State Route 62) and the Turnpike. The range entrance is the first road on the left past stop light No. 16 at Nebraska Ave.
CHECK IN AND SQUADDING: Competitors may check in at the ORSA Clubhouse between 7:30 and 8:30 AM each day. Competitors who fail to be at the proper firing point when their relay is called may lose their privilege to compete in that event.
CLASSIFICATION: The NRA Classification system will be used in all matches. Unclassified competitors will compete in the Master class. Assigned Classification (Rule 19.6) or Temporary Classification (Rule 19.14) may be used.
DIVISIONS OF RIFLES IN REGIONAL TOURNAMENTS: There will be two divisions: NRA Match Rifle and Service Rifle.
CATEGORIES: Two categories, Civilian and Service, will be recognized within each division. The Service category will include Regular Service (Rule 2.6), Reserve (Rule 2.7), and National Guard (Rule 2.5). All others will compete as civilians.
RIFLE: NRA Match Rifle (Rule 3.3) or Service Rifle (Rule 3.1).
SIGHTS: Metallic only (Rule 3.7a).
AMMUNITION: Rule 3.17, provided by the competitor.
TARGETS: SR at 200 yards, SR-3 at 300 yards, MR-1 at 600 yards.
SIGHTING SHOTS: Sighting shots must be taken and scored when allowed in the match conditions. Sighting shots may be taken from any position described in Rule 5. (except 5.13).
SCORING AND PIT OPERATION: Competitors and teams will be required to perform scoring and pit operation duties.
CHALLENGES: A fee of $2.00 will be collected IN ADVANCE for each challenge.
AWARD SCHEDULE:
Individual Matches: There must be five or more entries in a class for one place award; ten or more for two awards; and fifteen or more for three awards. If there are fewer than five entries in a category/division they will be combined with another category/division in the same class. If there are still fewer than five entries after combining all categories/divisions in a class, there will be no awards in that class. All competitors will be moved back to their respective category/division and combined with the next higher class, until a minimum of five competitors is achieved in the combined class. If there are fewer than five High Masters entered, they will compete for open awards only.
Special Awards Categories: Special awards in Match 7 will be: Senior (Rule 2.2.1), Woman, and Junior (Rule 2.3). There must be three or more competitors in a special award category for that award to be given. An individual winning a place award in Match 7 shall also be entitled to special awards for which he or she is qualified, but may not win a category/class award in that match.
The Frank M. Barnes Trophy will be presented to the high scoring ORSA member firing the Service Rifle in Match 7.
NRA will also provide National Championship Credit Awards to the high scoring competitor in each of the five classes having 5 or more competitors in Match 7.
Team Match: NRA will present award points to the winning team. The Oak Ridge Sportsmens Association will present NRA award points to the high team in each class and category, provided that five or more teams compete. Place awards will be made for every 5 additional teams within a class / category.

WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1, 9:00 AM
Advanced High Power Rifle Marksmanship Clinic
Members of the U.S. Army Marksmanship Unit will conduct an advanced marksmanship clinic for all interested competitors. There is no charge for this clinic, but advance registration is required for planning purposes. If registration is not sufficient to support a clinic this will be an open practice day for those competitors on site.
THURSDAY, JUNE 2, 9:00 AM
Competitor Warmup Match - The National Match Course - 10 shots, standing, slow fire, 200 yards; 10 shots, sitting or kneeling, rapid fire, 200 yards; 10 shots, prone, rapid fire, 300 yards; 20 shots, prone, slow fire, 600 yards. Two sighting shots will be fired before each stage.
FRIDAY, JUNE 3, 9:00 AM
Team Match - The National Match Course - 10 shots, standing, slow fire, 200 yards; 10 shots, sitting or kneeling, rapid fire, 200 yards; 10 shots, prone, rapid fire, 300 yards; 20 shots, prone, slow fire, 600 yards. No sighting shots. Pair firing will be optional.
SATURDAY, JUNE 4, 9:00 AM
The Regional Championship
Match 1 - 2 sighting shots and 20 shots for record, standing, slow fire, 200 yards, SR target. Rule 5.12.
Match 2 - 2 sighting shots and 20 shots for record, sitting or kneeling, rapid fire, 200 yards, SR target. Rule 5.8 or 5.10.
Match 3 - 2 sighting shots and 20 shots for record, prone, rapid fire, 300 yards, SR-3 target. Rule 5.6.
Match 4 - 2 sighting shots and 20 shots for record, prone, slow fire, 600 yards, MR-1 target. Rule 5.6.
Match 5 - The Slow Fire Aggregate: Total of scores fired in Matches 1 and 4.
Match 6 - The Rapid Fire Aggregate: Total of scores fired in Matches 2 and 3.
Match 7 - The Regional Championship Aggregate: Total of scores fired in Matches 5 and 6.
SUNDAY, JUNE 5, 9:00 AM
CMP Service Rifle EIC Match
Course of Fire: The National Match Course, no sighting shots.
Arms: The Service Rifle. M1, M14, or M16, or civilian equivalent, consistent with current CMP Competition Rules.
Ammunition: Provided by the competitor. Service, commercial, or handloaded caliber .30, 7.62mm, or 5.56mm ammunition consistent with current CMP Competition Rules is authorized.
Rules: Current CMP Competition Rules.
Awards: Provided by CMP.
A Rifleman’s Match will also be fired concurrently with the CMP EIC Match, following the same course of fire. The Rifleman’s Match is open to all individual competitors, using either the Match Rifle or the Service Rifle.
SOCIAL ACTIVITIES:
A Competitor Cookout and Awards Ceremony will be held at the ORSA Clubhouse immediately after the completion of firing on Saturday afternoon. Big Ed’s Pizza will also host all competitors for a Pizza Party on Sunday afternoon following the Service Rifle EIC and Rifleman’s Matches.

This clinic is for more advanced shooters. I would say that you would at least have to have a classificiation High Power.
