Refinish scopes

I had one of mine cerakote to do away with ring marks, I do remember as I sold the scope the caps could have been done better than they turned out but were ok.

I do them in my business… I use KG Gunkote Nano and ad their low temp cure catalyst

C-series air-dry CeraKote works pretty well on optics, since you don't need to heat it to cure the coating. Personally, I've never bought any of the C-series, but a good friend who is very experienced painting guns & scopes talks about how nice/easy it is to spray. All my experience with CeraKote has been with H-series & the newer E-series coatings. I've heard from different sources that you can use these heat-cured coatings on optics if you heat cure them at 150*F instead of the recommended 250*F, and leave the object in the oven for a longer period of time, but why would you screw with H-series on an expensive scope when you can go with the C-series and not have to use any heat?
